Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • The seal tag must be intact — items with a broken or removed seal tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Process

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, simply reach out to us via WhatsApp or email with your unboxing video or photo and mention the item you'd like in exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm availability before processing your exchange.
